1. What makes your diffusers different from others?

Our diffusers use nebulizing technology, meaning no water or heat is required. This ensures a cleaner, stronger, and more natural aroma — delivering the full benefits of 100% pure essential oils without dilution or residue.

2. Are your oils really 100% pure?

Yes. All our oils are 100% pure, free from synthetic additives, parabens, phthalates, or fillers. Each blend is produced under IFRA-compliant standards and in an FDA-registered facility, ensuring safety and authenticity.

3. Do I need to add water to the diffuser?

No — our diffusers are waterless. Simply insert the oil bottle and enjoy a concentrated, mess-free aroma experience. No dilution, no cleanup.

4. How long does one bottle of oil last?

A single 10ml bottle typically lasts 30–90 days, depending on usage settings and how often you diffuse. Intermittent use extends longevity.

5. Can I use other oils with your diffuser?

We recommend using only 12SCENT oils, which are specially formulated for nebulizing diffusers. Other oils may be too thick, contain synthetics, or leave residue that could clog the system.

6. How do I clean the diffuser?

To clean, simply run a few drops of pure rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) through the diffuser for 5–10 minutes. This helps remove residue and maintain optimal performance. We recommend cleaning it once every 3 months.

7. Are your oils safe for kids and pets?

Our oils are 100% pure and free from harmful chemicals. However, always diffuse in a well-ventilated area and check with a pediatrician or veterinarian before regular use around infants, pregnant women, or pets.

8. Where do you ship?

We currently ship in USA and in Romania, depending on region. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. International shipping may take longer.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on diffusers and unopened oils. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we’ll help make it right.

  • Returns: Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
  • Subscriptions: No refunds on monthly fees, but you can cancel anytime.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: We’ll replace or refund them at no cost to you.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless we made a mistake.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • 1-Year Warranty on all scent machines.
  • Free Repair or Replacement for manufacturer defects.
  • Not Covered: Misuse, improper setup, or modifications.
